More than three decades after their first “farewell” tour, the Who have announced dates for what may well be their final tour.
The two-disc compilation is due out on Oct. 27 and spans the band’s career.
It’s been eight years since we’ve heard new music from the Who, but that’s all about to change.

They went on their first farewell tour in 1982, but they’ve played over 400 gigs and released a new album in the decades since, so it has indeed been a “long goodbye” for the Who.
