Easy Steps To Cancer Prevention

There are a number of steps you can take to reduce your chances of developing cancer:

1. Don’t smoke.
2. Eat a nutritious diet, which is plant-based and rich in organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products and lean meats that come from animals that are grass-fed. Avoid foods that are loaded with sugar (such as sodas, candy, cookies, pastries, and sugary breakfast cereals) and saturated fats (such as red meat, processed meats, rich dairy products) and trans fat ( such as processed packaged foods including some cookies and crackers).
