NFL Makes Seahawks Rule 2.0 [AUDIO]

The good ol’ NFL – who Richard Sherman just loves to hate – has made a new rule and everyone is calling it “Seahawks Rule 2.0”

The rule prohibits players from running forward to leap over the line of scrimmage in an attempt to block an opponent’s kick. If you’ll remember, Kam Chancellor did this in 2015 and Bobby Wagner did it just last season – and both times were spectacular.

These past actions, perpetrated by our very own Seahawks, are considered inspiration for the new rule. Back in 2014, the NFL made certain kinds of defensive contact illegal, became known as the first “Seahawks Rule.”

Hey Richard Sherman – do you have a comment?
