Within a span of 24 hours, Kurt Cobain’s 1994 death has become one of the most-talked about issues — especially in the Seattle media.
KIRO reported yesterday Seattle Police were “re-opening” the case. Then, the Associated Press confirmed SPD was “revisiting” the case, but not “re-opening” it. After that, SPD released never before crime scene photos where Cobain was found dead from a gunshot wound.
The chatter has sparked many people to reassess what they think happened. Within the JACK walls, there are several people who believe Cobain was murdered — mostly due to the fact that the crime scene investigators noted Cobain had a “lethal” amount of heroin in his system at the time of death. So much heroin, in fact, that being able to pick up a pencil, let alone a shotgun, would have been impossible.
