Eco-Psychology – a fancy term for getting outside, even when its wet and cold, taking in the beauty of the Cascades or Seward Park or Mount Pilchuk, and subsequently feeling better emotionally. Scientists say nature can also sharpen the senses and help us cultivate new skills. Like hiking!
