I spoke with Craig Chastain, the communications guy for the annual Seattle International Auto Show, to see what was blowing his car-loving mind this year. And, being the Corvette devotee that he is, his choice is the 60th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. I could hear him drooling over the phone.

Of course the outrageously pricey cars are here for us to stare at: The over $400,000 Rolls Royce Ghost and Maserati Quattroporte.  Yikes! You really can only stare at these two, but most of the rest of the cars are yours for the sitting, and some for test-driving. If you want to test a Ford, you get to drive around the inside of Safeco Field!

Craig and I talked about the new green cars, and he gives his thumbs up to the new Cadillac ELR  - an electric with a just-in-case gas tank – reducing the user’s ‘Range Anxiety.’

Have a listen for a great preview, and make sure you get over to the Seattle Exhibition Hall now through Sunday the 20th at 5pm. $14 for adults, kids under 12 are free.  Check out my video trip to the show here.
