Every weary traveler longs for a comfortable place to rest their head, especially during a long layover or flight delay. Enter Japan’s Hizamakura pillow. It’s a foam pillow shaped like a woman’s lap. It’s even wearing a skirt. The pillow is also perfect if you’re really lonely and don’t mind looking super awkward napping on a kneeling woman in public.
They must be pretty comfortable because, according to the Huffington Post, it’s currently sold out. (Although there are supposedly knock-off versions available on Amazon.)
Apparently it’s very popular in duty-free shops at Japan’s airports.
Creepy or comforting? JACK says, creepy.
