In what’s being called a “flavor experiment,” your pal JACK has learned that a local farmer is feeding marijuana to pigs .
According to CBS Seattle, pig farmer Jeremy Gross and butcher William von Schneidau are selling their “pot pig” cuts in Pike Place Market — $17 a pound for bacon, $16.90 a pound for chops.
The meat won’t get you high (it’s just “flavor infusion”), but what about the oinkers?
When asked about the situation, a professor at Washington State University’s Department of Animal Sciences said, “Of all the crazy things I’ve seen in my 37-plus years, this is the dumbest things I’ve ever seen in my life.”
