Note to self: buy Washington State Lottery Scratch tickets in Puyallup — something’s going on there.
A Puyallup man is feeling the mojo after winning the Lottery, not once, but twice, and within a 24-hour time frame. Cary Collings of Puyallup bought a scratch ticket on June 14th – a Red Hot 5 ticket to be exact, and the lucky dog won $55,555 bucks!
The following morning, the 61-year-old felt the urge again and bought three more scratch tickets. This time the Bring On The Bens looked attractive. Scratch, scratch, scratch…. and this time, he won $200,000!
Collings, whose full-time job is at the Boeing plant in Auburn, says he plans to pay off debt with part of the loot, but hasn’t yet decided what he’ll do with the rest. Hmm, maybe more scratch tickets, Cary?
