Officials at Sea-Tac Airport say a passenger entered a secure area through a concourse exit lane last night, causing a security breach and prompting authorities to clear several concourses until the man was located. An airport spokesman says 1,000 to 1,500 passengers in the C and D concourses and central terminal had to be rescreened. Officials say the incident was a misunderstanding and not a security threat. THANKS, DOOFUS!
Seattle police say fireworks set off by an intoxicated couple early yesterday morning prompted nearly 50 ‘shots fired’ calls from Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. Callers reported shots and a woman crying and people running near the 400 block of Republican Street. “The Seattle Times” says police found a couple who said they’d been shooting each other with Roman candles. The woman said she’d been laughing, not crying. Police want the couple charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment. NICE GOING, DOOFUSES!
When 2 employees took a smoke break in the wee-hours, a twenty-six year old drifter crawled in through the drive-in window of a Tumwater Jack in the Box, grabbed some cash and walked out through the front door. Trouble was, the surveillance cameras caught him in the act. The man found a set of keys to the register, opened it and took the $108 inside, according to court papers. He has denied setting foot inside the Jack in the Box. CLEVER, BUT SAD… YOU DOOFUS!
