Early risers who used the drive-thru windows at a pair of Washington state coffee shops got more than a cup of java. Police say three baristas were giving their customers peep shows with their coffee. Three women have been taken into custody after police conducted a two-month undercover operation. Investigators claim customers complained the shops “served more than just coffee.” Everett is about 30 miles north of Seattle.
Everett police spokesman Aaron Snell says the three women who worked at two different Grab-N-Go coffee stands exposed their entire bodies at the drive-thru window. The owners of the shops haven’t been charged in connection with the case. Snell says it’s not clear how customers were made aware that the baristas were willing to strip for tips.
In 2010, five Grab-N-Go baristas were charged with prostitution and violating the city’s adult entertainment ordinance following a two-month undercover investigation.
