CBS wants the music stars at Sunday’s Grammy Awards to cover up. In an internal memo obtained by Deadline.com, the network issued a stern warning to anyone who will be on camera to make sure their bodies are adequately covered. CBS specifically mentions buttocks, breasts and the “genital region,” adding that thongs are a concern. The Grammy Awards will air live Sunday night on CBS, starting at 5pm Pacific.
Who They’re Talking About:
According to Deadline Hollywood, a memo from CBS’s Standards and Practices department distributed to guests warned: “Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered.
“Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack,” it added.
The letter continued: “Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic. Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples.”
