Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers 2012 Tour Announced

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers announced a series of North American shows in 2012 leading into their first tour of Europe in 20 years. The North American tour includes the band’s first ever show at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival as headliners on Saturday, April 28th. The tour starts April 19th in Colorado and includes stops in the never before visited by the band Canadian provinces of Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.

After that, Hennemusic.com reports Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers head to Europe for a tour including the already announced headlining performance at the Isle of Wight Festival on June 22nd. Shows in Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, England, Switzerland, France, and Italy follow that.  Here’s a look at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Famer’s stops before heading across the pond.
