Radiohead has only done a couple of shows since 2009, but the band has announced plans to play two shows in New York City, and appear on The Colbert Report and Saturday Night Live. Rolling Stone reports it will be Radiohead’s, “first headlining shows since releasing their eighth album The King Of Limbs earlier this year.” The shows are set for September 28th and 29th, at Manhattan’s Roseland Ballroom. They’ll be Radiohead’s first appearances since an L.A. charity concert in January 2010 and a surprise appearance at England’s Glastonbury Festival in June, 2011.
Radiohead will also play several songs for an hour long episode of The Colbert Report, and will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live September 24th, hosted by Alec Baldwin.
