[pullquote quote=”If I can’t say it in any of these bands, then I’ll say it by myself.” credit=”Jack White”]To say that [lastfm]Jack White[/lastfm] is overbooked could be the understatement of the year. Despite announcing the end of the [lastfm]White Stripes[/lastfm], he is still a member of two other groups in [lastfm]The Dead Weather[/lastfm] and [lastfm]The Raconteurs[/lastfm], plus recent collaborations with [lastfm]Wanda Jackson[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Danger Mouse[/lastfm]. Add to that, his management of Third Man Records, and it’s safe to say he has his hands full.

In an interview with Q Magazine, White said, “I won’t join another band again. Three’s enough for one lifetime. If I can’t say it in any of these bands, then I’ll say it by myself.”

Not to worry, there will still be plenty on White’s to-do list. He’s recently recorded a track with [lastfm]Jay-Z[/lastfm] and will make an appearance on [lastfm]Danger Mouse[/lastfm] and Daniele Luppi’s new record Rome—which will be released on May 17. Preview the record below:
