ABBA fans rejoice! There’s a 25% chance ABBA might reunite!
For about 30 years now, they’ve been denying any intentions of reuniting, but now Agnetha Fältskog (the blond one) says she is open to a reunion with her old band mates.
She says: “A reunion, at a one-time occasion, perhaps for some benefit is something I think we all could consider… We will hardly reunite for a tour like The Rolling Stones and other old bands do. But I can consider us doing something in the future.”
Abba’s last performance together was on British TV in December 1982.
They sort of reunited, or more like appeared together again, at the Swedish premiere of the film Mamma Mia!
And then, when they were inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in March, only Lyngstad and Andersson attended the ceremony.
Now, if you really miss them and you can’t wait, may be you could Take a Chance (wink) and go to the Snoqualmie Casino on January 6, when Arrival, an Abba tribute band from Sweden Will be performing. Here’s the info on the event.
And here’s some Dancing Queen, so take your shoes off and start moving!
