Ashton says that sending that special person in your life a romantic message on Twitter or Facebook is the equivalent of “sending flowers to the office”, because “you are declaring your love for everyone to see.”

He adds “Whether you like it or not, the digital age has produced a new format for modern romance, and natural selection may be favoring the quick-thumbed quip peddler over the confident, ice-breaking alpha-male.”

As a lady myself, and pretty modern, I might add… I don’t think that even compares… What do you think? Is he right? Is a dozen roses the same as a love message on your wall? Which¬†one’s better?
