Seattle Courthouse Bomb Threat
SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police now have a man in custody who alarmed people downtown Friday morning by walking around with a wired pipe strapped to his arm and making threats.

A spokesman says the situation has been resolved. The bomb squad is investigating the device and police are questioning the man.
Police responded to numerous calls shortly after 8 a.m. and closed off the area around Third and James.
